Navigate to the Contact Page and send us a message outlining your event date, time, location, and desired rental items or services. We will email, text, or call you, based on your preference, on the same day. It’s that simple.
HOW DO I RENT AN ITEM/SERVICE?
We understand that things happen. Your deposit, unless otherwise stated in your contract for certain items or services, is completely transferrable to a new date if that date is available, or even to another client. Otherwise, a full deposit refund will be issued. In cases of custom backdrops, favors, signage, or other custom items, these deposits are non-refundable.
WHAT IF MY EVENT IS CANCELLED?
POWER SPACES will require a deposit and contract signature to hold your date. For most rental items/services, that deposit is half the total cost. The final payment will be due 3 days before your event. For events occurring within 10 days of contract signature, full payment will be required to hold the date. We will send you a secure link to make your payment. We will not take payment information over the phone to protect your privacy and security. You must have a working email address to process payments, and no payments are accepted on the day of your event. We want you to have a carefree event.
HOW DO I PAY FOR RENTED ITEMS/SERVICES?
We offer many discounts on rental items with our most popular being a first time client discount. We also offer a referral discount if you refer a client to us. You can also use the contact form to tell us your budget and we will try to accommodate you as best we can by tailoring the rental options.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
Things happen and we understand. We also must protect our rented items. Therefore, for most rented items, your signed contract will include a clause that allows us to charge you for major damage, theft, or destruction. This does not include circumstances beyond your control, nor normal wear and tear. Most rented items come with specific and complete instructions, and a demonstration if you require. Your contract will affirm that you will follow all usage and safety guidelines. We have safeguards in place for certain items, like requiring a tent for some items to be used outdoors, and other safeguards for children’s events to protect inventory and ensure you are protected from additional fees.
WHAT IF I DAMAGE A RENTED ITEM?
Don’t worry. POWER SPACES is adding rental items and event services all the time. If you don’t see something that you need for your event, use the contact form to email us and we will get back to you same day. Some inventory may not be listed here. Check back often to learn what we have added. Follow us on social media to stay updated too. Also, if you wish to customize an item, or ask for additional options for your event that are not listed on this website, just contact us. We are very happy to customize most if not all of our inventory to make your event memorable. Our goal is to provide top-tier customer service and event experiences.
